BOPP Roll Labels
Waterproof & UV Resistant“BOPP labels are made from plastic film material, and are unique through being both waterproof and resistant to the effects of UV rays”
This white polypropylene film is 2.3 Mil. It is used for labeling applications where resistance against water, oil and chemicals is important. Performs well in hot and cold conditions. Use this application for excellent wet-out properties, clarity, UV-stability, good adhesion properties and heat resistance or a high quality print on a low cost synthetic. (1 Mil = 0.001 of inch) Our BOPP labels work on thermal transfer printers.
Product: 2.4 mil PP WHITE TC RP37, 2.2 mil HIGH DENSITY-FSC White, pearlescent, glossy, biaxially oriented, top-coated, polypropylene film.

Printing: Roll Labels are printed using an advanced HP Indigo Digital UV Printing Press that achieves up to 720 x 720 DPI.
Please Note: Roll labels with dark or heavy ink coverage extending close to the finished edge may show a small amount of white along the edges. Minor edge variation can occur during the printing and finishing/cutting process and may be more noticeable with darker colors or designs with high ink coverage near the edge. This is an inherent characteristic of the production process and may be less noticeable with lighter edge colors.
Poly Roll Labels

Polyester labels are our most durable variant, and are generally used for a more challenging label application which calls for more durability, abrasion resistance, higher heat resistance and UV stability. If you want your packaging to stand out from the competition and make an impact with customers, look no further.
This is our most durable white substrate. It is made of a 2 Mil semi-glossy, top coated polyester film. Designed specifically for end-uses where very good adhesion, good chemical and temperature resistance is needed. Use this white material for indoor and outdoor labels or labels that will be used in harsh environments. (1 Mil = 0.001 of inch).

Paper Roll Labels
Cost-Effective“Paper labels are the most popular and cost-effective type of labels that we offer”
This is a 2.9 Mil matte-coated label paper. Use this ultra-smooth, coated material when you need an inexpensive matte stock that you can thermal transfer print upon. Good for most indoor product labeling that requires a permanent adhesive but does not require the highest quality of print. (1 Mil = 0.001 of inch)
Product: TRANSFER PREMIUM LITE / RP51 / 40# WHITE KRAFT Matte-coated, lignin-free label pape
Face: TRANSFER PREMIUM LITE
Adhesive: RP51 General purpose, strong permanent adhesive
Backing: 40# WHITE KRAFT liner
